All guests must be invitees of a homeowner or resident. No keys to non-residents. Proper North Cat Villas HOA ID tag on pool key required.
Homeowners responsible for actions of families, tenants, and guests.
Appropriate swim attire required.
No glass or breakable containers.
No pets in pool or pool area.
No swimming with communicable disease.
No rough or boisterous play

Floats and soft toys allowed if not interfering with others.
No wheeled vehicles except wheelchairs.
Ensure gates locked when leaving.
Swim alone at your own risk.
Pool parties: By reservation only (2 weeks advance notice, posted 10 days prior). 3-hour limit. Max 2 private parties per year per resident. $50 deposit required. Max 25 guests.
NO BALLOONS ($50 fine + responsible for filter system damages).
Trash in provided containers. Additional cleaning after parties forfeits deposit.
